I am having an issue with this as well. My files transferred fine, and I can view PDFs and PPTs, but not Word Docs. Could you help me please??

Just an update that yesterday we released an update to the app that is available for download on the app store and solves the error 506 issue.

We are working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime the workaround is not to include any non-English characters in the name of the file you are trying to open or in the name of the folder in which it is stored. Thanks,Shai SimchihopTo Support
